Award of scholarship to chilean students for Study of hindi in India

Applications are invited from eligible Chilean candidates (Chilean nationals) for Scholarship Programme for study of Hindi in Kendriya Hindi Sansthan, Agra (India) for the Academic Session 2013-14. The eligibility and conditions are as follows:

  1. The applicant should be between the age group of 21 years and 35 years.
  2. He/she should have studied Hindi for at least one year or two years (proof required).
  3. The candidate selected for award of scholarship will be granted admission by the Kendriya Hindi Sansthan, Agra. The Sansthan would make efforts to provide hostel accommodation to the selected candidates on nominal charges. He/she will, however, be required to bear the expenditure on food that will be provided in the Canteen. The air-fare (economy class) both ways by shortest route for the selected candidates will be provided by Sansthan. Stay in hostel is compulsory during the course of study. No one will be allowed to stay outside. Only vegetarian food will be served in the hostel. It is not permissible to allow any candidate to go back without completing the full academic term. 
  4. All completed application should reach Embassy of India, Santiago by 30.04.2013.
